After heavy consideration, I decided to chop off the color I had been sporting since October 2011. I really wanted to rock the ombre look and so I went on a whim to try it out!! It was seriously bright at first but after a couple months, it faded out nicely!! After three months, I decided to put a dark brown over it to soften things up and all was well. It wasn't until February 2012, when I straightened my hair again, I really noticed the damage to my ends. And to my surprise, it was much more than just the tips!! I did away with 10 INCHES of my hair for the sake of health!! It was worth every inch!! Just remember ladies, it will grow back and health is way more important than length:-) Happy Summer to ya:-)
